Default Spearhead SP Problems - 11-26-2002, 03:53 PM

Ok, just got SH yesterday, all excited because for the past 5 days I've been ticked off about delivery delays, so I install it, then start the Normandy campaign. And as the loading bar slowly completed at its end, loading screen disappears, console pops up, and at the bottom of it, says that it is 'unable to find image 0.tga for 0 shader' (those 0's are the number zeroes).

I believe this might have occured when I was playing around with my SH demo and MOHAA files before I got the full SH.

Another problem is that when I use the maplist to skip to a different level (because of the beginning problem), there are some maps that will simply exit back to the main menu in the middle of loading process; the console does not report any command this time.

I have thought of some sollutions of my own, but I will also need your advice.

1. Re-install both games (luckly, I planned ahead of schedule before SH was even mentioned and I created a backup file for all my maps, mods, and skins).
2. Ask someone to send them their own pak files to save time. Doubt that will happen, MOHAA pak files all together are atleast 770 MB, a free yahoo.com passport only allows about 1 MB or less (jesus, thank god I have more means of mail service than that).

If you can give me any help, anything at all, I would greatly appreciate it.
