I am trying to find a program where I can create mods that will run on a MACintosh computer. So far my seach has dug up nothing. If you know of one please let me know.

I'm not sure, but you can probably use the same programs Windows users can use, except for the graphical ones.

A text editor to open the tiks and shaders, plus some graphic editing program, and a compression program (a Mac version of WinZip?), and you're set.
