how do u make someone an admin for ur server and once u r an admin do u have to use a password or is it by ip address if u can answer my questions or can refer me to another post it would be appretiated[/code][/quote]

Make an RCON password for your server (set rconpassword "XXXX", where XXXX = your password). Give this password to whomever you want to admin the server, and they can do commands like boot players, switch maps, etc.
