What i want to know is how the fuck did it get on top of the car in the first place, theres almost no way that coulda been an accident.

Its easy, the car hood is so small that those huge tires just rolled over it. You can tell by the first picture the ''path'' of the tires on the car

1st- its not a hummer, its a humvee, its easy to tell by the doors and the canvas back end, and the color of it
2nd- its easy for that humvee to go over that car, they can climb over a 3 ft wall
