problem with [THr]S.4.T.4.N's Ear Candy

hi everyone merry xmas.
i am having trouble with [THr]S.4.T.4.N's "Ear Candy"
i put it in MOH's main folder but when i start the game nothing seems to be new soundwise. everything is the same even the guns. is this just an authors problem or something w/in my comp. i also notice that another 'misc mod' doesnt work. the bullet time modification [i forget the name]. the heartbeat doesnt work. bleh.
any suggestions? comments?

you could probably download other sound mods, see if they work. if they do then its the autors fault
