Is there 3 on each side? So 6? I thought i saw another on my left side at the very end.. So manybe 7 higgins filled wit about 10 guys each?.. So. How many guys are going. Lets see... 7 boats with 10 guys.. that makes.. 70? Including ur boat.. 80? Thats a lotta guys storming a Beach.. Hopefully msot of em make it.. Then also hopefully more boats come in after you clear out Bunkers and stuff... ::drools:: NOT THAT FAR AWAY! I PRE-ORDERED the game so hopefully it comes earlier or like 1 day after release..

That including obstacles, explosions and gunfire.Sounds like a lot of people are going to need to upgrade. For me its Geforce2 mx400 64mb

In real life the first infantry wave was seven boats. DD tanks went first but the LCTs were so slow(And blown the hell up) that the infantry passed em.

Hmm, i was under the impression that higgans boats carried a 30 man team, maybe thats a diff type of craft i'm thinkin of. Yea, higgans would be around 10-12, but can't remember the one that carried 30 guys.

Its True, Its True. I saw a remake of one at the imperial war musium in london and they are bigger than you would first think. If my grandad was still alive i would ask him as he was in the navy and was at the landings on one of the troops frieghters.

Bridger, you were right in your first assumption...the LCVP aka "Higgins boat" could carry up to 36 men. It could also carry a jeep and around 10 men.
