WHen you say from scratch do u LITERALLY mean "from scratch"?(from the beginning with nothing already done?) oOo: ed:

I mean like just going to adobe and get the size of the image and go

not very easierly

you need to know which model you plan to put the skin on as they each rap the texture round the modle in a different way so it changes where you need to put the different parts of your skin.

extract a few player skins from pak2 and you will see what i mean.
