does anyone know how to kick people out of your server?

I need to know the consol command for kicking people out of my server because people in my server cause trouble and I can't shit but dissconnect the server so please tell me. and its not "kick name" tried that and it didnt work so someone please find the correct one and e-mail me at troublemaker60@hotmail.com
