Well im using ontracks "system suite" which is a great program, firewall, antivirus, defrag, HD clean up all in one program

I would go with Norton Internet Security. If you have XP, get 2002 version. 2003 has been known to have issues with XP, Keep the 2002 updated. McAfee has been known yo let little worms slip through.
If you're really experienced, you may want to look into Black Ice Defender.
