yea i know, sorry, but i just encountered a guy with an invisible skin.....WTF?

Yes, it is a known cheat. Any respectable server would have those skins banned.

i too have run into this problem. even ran a vid_restart two times and still the person was unseen. maybe just a bad glitch or something? who knows.
