If it's optical, try a different mousing surface.

Where is the edit button

LOL

I just realized you said it shoots for you too.

I had this happen to me, but I was also getting beeps from my tower which let me to a solution.

If it's just going nuts and the mouse buttons are sticking it's most likely a software issue.

Would be nice if you could elaborate on your system specs, though, specifically the mouse and operating system.

I doubt it's mohaa, but ok.

Have you tried reinstalling mohaa?

'Mouse Smoothing' is an option in the Medal of Honor options.

Or it should be, i don't have mohaa here to check right quick, but I'm pretty sure I remember seeing it there.

that happened to me a lot, I dont think you can do anything about it. if you're using a sniper rifle it'll automatically zoom in without you touching anything

This happened with my old optical mouse. It had something to do with the way I was moving it. I didn't notice, but I was slightly lifting the mouse, which caused it to do this exact same thing. I figured it out, used a optical pad, and it stopped.
