Extracting files

Ok sorry for asking this question but i have to. Well see i forgot where to extract downloaded files to! Yes I know i am an idiot but any help will be much abliged!

ok does this apply to every downloaded file for mohaa and mohaa:SH?

All files go into the main folder except SH sound mods, which go into the mainta folder.
