I actually have my desktop shortcut altered so when I double-click it, it sets my password and connects to the allaboutnothing server. I'm that lazy.

I always just used the in-game browser, however. It does what I need.

Default gamespy tool - 03-26-2003, 10:24 PM

I have an ingame gamespy screen so I can choose any server from a list over and over again without even leaving the game.

Here's how to set up a shortcut directly to your fav server.
1. go to your desktop and right click.
2, select new
3. choose shortcut
4. name it whatever you want to
5 enter in this code into the target line of the shortcut (hit properties of the shortcut if you need to edit it)

[code:92a93] "C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\MOHAA\moh_spearhead.exe" +set cl_playintro 0 +set ui_console 1 +password XXXXXXX +set rconAddress 111.222.333.444 +set rconPassword ZZZZZZZZZ +connect 555.666.777.888 [/code:92a93]
XXXXXXX= private slot password
111.222.333.444= the server addy if you have admin rights
ZZZZZZZZ= the rcon password
555.666.777.888= the IP of the server
You can do this for multiple servers if ya really want to, but its really easy enough to use ASE. goodluck
