From Gamer's Hell:

Codemasters has launched the Battlefield Command: Europe at War 1939 - 1945 micro site, showcasing this new game previously known as 'WWII RTS' and being developed by 1C company (the Russian team behind IL-2 Sturmovik). The site offers some new in-development screens from the game (also available in our gallery), as well as an online forum. Battlefield Command is scheduled for spring 2004.

Yeah, the forums just opened up for it too. I really can't wait for it after reading all of the new info/details. Looks to be REALLY good.
