If enough people want it sure it can be done, to create a new board it takes only ~20 seconds.

But what kind of artwork do you have in mind? If it's just sigs then just ask around on the test your sig / Offtopic forums.

I could be wrong but I think he means like Freehand, Wallpapers etc!
