Why can't I change my name in the game?

When I change it, next time I enter other server, it change back to the old name.
But when I am host, it does not chnage back to the old name.
Why???
Can anyone help me to solve this problem?

Are you connecting through a seperate program like GameSpy or ASE?

This is the problem. You also have a name in GameSpy/All-Seeying Eye. For GameSpy: Log on, go the the GameSpy->Edit profile... menu. You can change it there. In ASE it should be something similar, don't recall.

The reason it doesn't change when you're hosting...well, you're not hsoting by launching the game through GameSpy, right?
