Ok, lemme start with the general idea first. I've seen a sticky in the nfscars.com forum where people can post about cars people want to see in that game. From what I gather modelers do get their ideas from that forum, at least occasionally.

Maybe something like that can be implemented here aswell. I can't remember if it in this forum or tmt or where ever, but someone asked for a fully decked out us para for instance.

This does not mean that THIS should be that thread, but maybe a mod can make one with a nice intro post?

Of course while this would be, could be, of interest for the entire community it's not out of selfless motives, so here's the catch:
I'm kinda working on a Dutch Infantry Officer based on the german officer model. I'm fine with that, because it closely resembles what I'm aiming for.

But us dutch had a very distinctive helmet (the M1934) in '39-'40 and I would love it someone cared to create one.

Like I said: I'm trying to create a good skin, but if someone thinks they can do an excellent job on that aswell: feel free! Competition, after all, stimulates great work
