Even if you are not old enough to be prosecuted (Which I am not sure if age is a factor, only sentencing takes age into account I believe) They can go after your parents/legal guardian.

Ok guys this is getting stupid with the whole warez topic. Some of you really freak out about warez software weather it be mp3's or iso's. Download whatever you want and use whatever you want, however you want cuz no one is going to do anything to you. I'm wondering if any of you are familiar with the haxor/piratxor group Razor 911, I think it is, (Xor is just a word I use to add to things ), anyway after years and YEARS and YEEEAAARS of pirating software, cracking software, hacking commercial sites they were raided by the police in their house and stripped of everything. Now I mean everything guys, thousands and thousands of cd's, music software, programs, applications, games, cracks, hacks you name it, computers, hard drives computer hardware was all seized there was so much to be seized that the police or DA whoever it was even took there bloody T.V. cuz they didn't know what was illegal. My point is piracy is like drugs and no one is interested in the user but the publishers or in this case the "dealers". Now I hope this sheds some light on the people here that are afraid of warez and think there going to jail, calm down and enjoy whatever you can get you're hands on, cept MOH-AA cuz it's a awesome game.

Try using paragraphs and proper sentences so we can understand you.

I believe if companies lowered the prices on their games, less people would resort to warez.

When I go into EB, there's little chance of me purchasing a $50 game, whereas there is a much better chance of me buying a $20 or $30 game.

They should just ditch those huge boxes and distributed games in dvd cases. That would make games much cheaper to produce and ship.

I don't feel like using paragraphs.

Why don't we just completely close the warez topics for good?

Zman shutup dude. You're either Liberal or 12 years old.
I'm opting for Liberal.

_spiewalk(22:35 PM) :
Looking past my poor grammar ( due to lack of sleep) you must agree with me...

KillorLive(22:36 PM) :
I think that if it's not nailed to the ground it's mine.
Not nailed as in passworded.
I'm not old enough to be prosecuted for online fraud so I can get away with practical murder.

TsR]RareAir23(22:33 PM) :
Very nice and too bad for the warez company mentioned. But they should've known they were gonna crack down sooner or later.
KillorLive(22:33 PM) :
I could tempt the feds all I want.
I'm not of age to be prosecuted.
KillorLive(22:34 PM) :
Atleast not in online fraud.
[TsR]RareAir23(22:34 PM) :
Yes but Jared is. He's 21 now.
KillorLive(22:34 PM) :
He could use a burrito up the port hole.
[TsR]RareAir23(22:34 PM) :
Speaking of online fraud, there's this kid who plays baseball at his high school who scammed people online out of $1 million and now the feds wanna bust his ass, they just don't know how!
KillorLive(22:35 PM) :
They can't if it was online.
[TsR]RareAir23(22:35 PM) :
HAHAHAHA! Want me to quote you on that one to Jared?
KillorLive(22:35 PM) :
Sure.
KillorLive(22:35 PM) :
Also tell him the Lee Ermey thing.
[TsR]RareAir23(22:35 PM) :
No problemo!
