can anyone tell me how to use phpbb. Like getting it set up to your site and then installing it. i have read the install.doc with it but i still dont under stand!!

Did you really read the install.doc? If you only waited 15 minutes before spamming your own post with "WELL ANYONE KNOW???" then for some reason I doubt you digested all of the install doc.
Yes I know how, and yes I can help you, but give me something to go on here, what didn't you understand in the install instuctions?

1) Rent / build a server using Some sort of HTTP Server, SQL Database, and PHP Extensions (Eg. Apache HTTP, MySQL, PHP 4.0)
2) Upload all the phpBB files to a directory (yourwebsite.com/phpbb/)
3) Follow the install.php file on how to setup your SQL server properly with a database name, username, password.
