Bryce is a 3D rendering program that has been around for years. Some guys here have just discovered it and have ran with some funky 3D designs.

Then you go to image ready, select the image, drag it. Select>load>Transperancy, edit>crop, tween layers, and bam. The animation. Or soemthing like that oOo:
