i somehow don't believe the Venom belongs to wwii era light guns. too vile a name in those days. maybe today. is that weapon from quake 3?

If your talking about the Venon mini-gun from RTCW, then it certainly is not a real ww2 weapon.

the venom gun that was in RTCW was a fantasy weapon that they made up. definately not in ww2

If that was a real weapon then the allies would have had a very tough time defeating the Germans. Think about it. It is like walking around with a portable machine gun in your hand and is accurate when you fire it while standing up! But no, it was not a real weapon...
