Here..my 3 points to make the sniping...an art..not the more simply way to give death in MoHAA
I suppose easy for a modder...

1) No aim cross in normal view

2) Crouch position
In Scope view...after 5 sec...the view itself start swing....

3) Stand up position
The same...but swing a little more...

The time 5 sec...and the amount of swing...ehm...something to define...and tweak..

But the concept is this...

So one need skill to menage sniper....
Or almost..more skill like now !

I agree,sniping is a bit too easy...but It won't be fixed.All we can hope for now is that after the game is out,someone will make a "realism Mod" and Incorporate your Idea's in it.

Learn how to counter them. I don't mind if everyone is snipers because they are easy kills. They would have to be a darn good sniper to hit moving targets. Plus the other problem is they have to stay still alot and focus on whats in front of them, making them easy to sneak up on. I think if people would learn how to properly counter the weapons and quit whining about them, they would find that the weapons are pretty well balanced.

You can counter snipers by sneaking/running/hiding etc.. It's all part of the game. Part of the fun is trying to outwit them.

RTCW has a great sniper mode. There is no crosshair in normal mode...zoomed in you have a little bar at the side, it slowly goes green giving you better aim.

sometimes you need to have a great sniper to take out a good sniper, but thats part of the game. up close snipers are pretty weak because when they are not zoomed in, the shots go EVERYWHERE try shooting a part on a wall with a hipshot(nonzoomed) itll go everywhere. you need long range soldiers to counter long range attacks, so your short range can get closer

That's me.

Iam a Sniper who never comes back at his position and know allot of good spot on that Demo map..
But iam alsow a good M1 Garand Rifler.
But the Sniping is Easy yes but snipers have a weakness..
Snipers are mostly in Scope view..so it's a small bit of the Normal view.. try to get around a sniper and take em out
Or make sure that u know were all the Snipers spots are
that's my vision on the sniper thing.
But back to the topic..
YES it's very easy to snipe :P
