what video card is good

im trying to get a new video card but i dont know what is really good. i was looking at the NCIDIA FX 5200 ultra, is it good?

I upgraded to the FX 5200 from the MX 400 card and there was a big improvment. My FPS nearly doubled on all maps and lagging has been cut in half. A good thing if you ask me. I'm sure there are better cards out there but the 5200 is a lot of bang for the bucks.

New ATI 9800 Pro = 5501 3dmarks
Old ATI 8500 Pro = 1127 3dmarks

New card is fantastic even at highest MOHAA settings.

Don't get the FX cards.

Go with Radeon. If you don't have $300 for a 9800 Pro go with the 9700 Pro. Just stay away from the FX cards.
