I have seen a monitor program on a sever that has yellow writing on the left hand side of the screen and tracks spawnkinngs and killing sprees.It also welcomes you to the game using your name.Anybody know what this monitor program is and where I can find it?

I believe the program your looking for is called server watch. Its a rather comprehensive program that requires quite a few server features with are not often available with rented server.
