no footstep sounds and only 30 rounds of ammo?

when i join my Spear Head server its only giving me 30 rounds of ammo 1 grenade and i hear no footsteps and also when i use a grenade to kill myself i die but im still standing,i dont falldown?I am clueless.any ideas?
i cant think of anything i might of missed in the server config.

First remove all custom pk3 files from your mainta folder, then see if it works.
