before you considered it stalking someone? I saw this girl on the net who used to go to my high school and i was obsessed with here back then and now i found her website!. The rest is quite obvious. So what do you guys think the limitations on stalking should be?

The way to talk to a girl isn't to stalk her. At least I don't think. They usually like to call the police when that happens. Maybe "bump" into her somewhere.
