i can't run moh it installed fine i did the complete install because that was the only one i saw
when i open the desktop shjortcut i get the splash screen thats like the one on the box except the guys looking the other way it stays like that for at least 10 minutes same thing happens with safe mode and i've tried that auto configure thing i restarted my computer before trying each thing tried it with cd1 in and cd2 and tried it with both in (one in cd rom one in dvd rom) and with none in. i've closed all programs except explorer and systray and it doesnt work.
the help thing says i meet requirements
comp specs
athlon 1.1 ghz
TNT2 32mb
256mb RAM
36gb free hard drive space
16x cd-rw drive
dont know how fast dvd-rom
direct x 8.1
latest video card drivers
Windows ME

yep i've turned off every open program except explorer and systray and i dont have a virus thing anyway

but, somehow i got into the console thing and it says this:

hey boc, I had a similar problem, and i found(for some strange reason) that the game would start fine when I was online, when I was offline it didnt work at all. So whenever I start I just go online for a sec.
And yes this is Single Player Im talking about.Its the build program in general.

and i've tried starting the game through gamespy arcade but didn't work.
my hard drive doesn't even make sounds like its loading anything, so i was wondering if maybe there is some error in the quake 3 engine box thing thats there when you start up quake 3 or wolf or whatever so is there anyway to take away that splash screen?
