I liked it alot. A guy who seeks himself and something to fight for, a way of life so he would no longer be ashamed off himself.

hearing it sucks and watching it and making your own opinion is completely two different things. I fully recommend watching this film.

The movie has a soul: something a lot of recent Hollywood productions don't.
Where do you draw the line between dying for what you believe in and dying
because of what you you believe in ? Is adaptation to modernization smarter
than stubbornly holding on to aging technology for the sake of tradition ? Can
the samurai ways co-exist with western ideas and nations of laws ?
Think about this when watching the movie.

I was going to go see it with these two girls, but we kind of...messed up in the meeting place, they wer einside A&P when i thought we were meeting outside A&P. By the time we found each other the movie was 15 minutes old, so we diceided to go for an ice cap at tim hortons.
going to rent it when it comes on dvd.
