What are your views on public speaking? Love it or loathe it? I for one enjoy it!

I never really minded doing it. I do get nervous, but it usually goes away once I get going.

I hadda do a ton of presentations in university and post-graduate school...just became second-nature after a while.

I just had to give about 5 of them and I hate them but I feel pretty comfortable doing it. The key thing to remember is, you are the one with all the information that is why you are up there.

I don't mind it, depends on the size of the audience, 100+ must be quite interesting. eek:

I find a stiff drink beforehand usually works for claming nerves, I plan to get completely wasted for one of my last presentations at uni rock:

Hic... Blaaaaaaa and thish guy called Von Ribbentropfff or sommat says to Hitler. "Hey, lesh go invade Russssha!"...

I just finished a professional selling class and all it was is trying to sell something to someone infront of the class. I don't mind speaking infront of people.

I'm a teacher, I do public speaking for a living. oOo:
I was never comfortable at it when in school. Always a sweating, shaking, nervous, pile of crap. (don't forget the red face)

I'm fine at it now, though. sleeping:

Stay out of my foxhole, pal!
