Does anyone know on what the intrest would be on a GIC $26,816.02 for two years?

Thats neat.. having that much money... a relative of mine died. Left all 8 grandchildren that amount. It's in trust until I'm 18 though.

Parents get a lot more.....

At 1%, you'd get 268.16$ for the first year. The second year would bring in
270.84$ for a grand total of 539$. I have no idea what kind of rate you will
have so take it with a small serving of sodium chloride...

At 3.4% you'd earn $911.74 the first year, $942.74 the second year for a grand total of $28,670.50 when you're 18.
