I've been seeing teasers for this a lot lately. Check out of the trailer: http://www.apple.com/trailers/touchston ... large.html

Looks pretty interesting.

SPOILER

The people in the woods are the elders keeping the people in the village form leaving, because they are in fact in the MODERN world. This ending is reported to be the real ending - according to scripts - and MNS is looking to reshoot the ending which ends with him saying "dumb white people" - which has alot of white people upset.

Sixth Sense was a good movie, Unbreakable as well, Signs was a little far fetched.

just the entire...really smart but invade a planet with 75% water or whatever when they die from water.

Alien and Aliens were way better than signs.

If you're looking for shoot-'em-up gory, cursing with no depth then yes.

i love his directing, but i didnt like Unbreakable. I liked Signs as an alien movie, but the story was kinda odd, like someone mentioned above, invading a planet 3/4th full of the compound that kills them... oOo:

I think everyone looks over the fact that in signs the aliens are so "weak" they have trouble with a table tilted agaisnt a door. Or wouldnt bring anything capible of knocking a board off a window, such as a simple crow bar, or hell, a led pipe from the shed. Sure "they wont use there technoligy for fear we'll use nuclear weapons", but a crow bar aint exactally intergalactic technology.

YET, at the end of the movie an alien is holding a 70 - 80 pound child WITH ONE ARM. Just one of many slip ups.
