[quote:2d9b1]Three chilling photographs on an Islamist Web site appear to show the beheaded body of American hostage Paul Johnson, who was kidnapped a week ago by Islamic militants connected with al Qaeda.

I think people will always care, especially in America. I think repercussions might start becoming more frequent here, because people are naive and don't realize that these militants don't represent the Arab nations.

very true...unfortunately, very few can understand this concept.
True, these militants are not OFFICIALLY tied to the saudis, but You can't forget that they passed through a bunch ( I don't remember how many) checkpoints and were not stopped. I heard that (with the Saudis at least), the princes are divided over whether to support america, because of our vast oil purchases, or to support the militant groups like Al Queida(sp?). If thats the case, then the Saudi government will have some tough choices to make, and I don't doubt that it could come to bloodshed, mabey even something along the lines of a military cu, which wouldn't be good for anybody.
man ogrish is fucken messed up, like 2 days ago they were saying about paul johnson being captured and are like " Will there be another video?" and today they are asking for anyone with the video to send it to them. Very weird

I've said this all along, to people who were saying we shouldn't be in Iraq because it's not the "war on terror"
like Afghanistan. Well it obviously is...al qeda and other foreign fighters have been pouring into Iraq since
the war started...and while they may not represent the "Arab nations", what are these nations doing to wipe them out?
