anyone know any good programs to get rid of this kind of stuff? it slows my comp down soooo much i just scanned with ad aaware and i had like

i heard google toolbar was bad, bu i tryed it out anyway once b4 and it sucks it hardly works

If you insist on using IE disable ActiveX. Also, install XP Service Pack 2 if you're using XP.
