FPS RAte

I played Omaha beach, and i saw that my FPS was 3.9, any suggestions all my settings are on low.

What are your specs???

I average about 10 fps on omaha with max advanced settings, 32bit color and medium texture. my system is a celeron 1.1gig., 512MB ram, ATI Radeon 32mb. omaha is my lowest fps level
