Look for [CKR]Frankenstein v1.1 Dedicated on gamespy. Its a athlon 1.33, 512mb DDRram,win2kserver os, on a cable connection. Its running command-line dedicated, maximum joining ping is capped off at 200, and it's running the new CrowKing Realism mod which ROCKS! Because its cable it will only host 8 players in the evenings and 10 during the day. Try it out.

I got a question about that max ping thing. Is that just for joining, or does it kick when someone spikes over the max?

The sv_maxping limits the ping you join at..and does not kick you off if your ping rises above that.
