u can still send a msg to a person whom u asked for permission to add him/her to your list even if they haven’t answered or given u the permission to add them to your list, just click on the nick and type then send.

can anybody teel me how the hell can you send a message to somebody using icq. ive tried to and it dont work it only lets me send messages to people who are on my list i just want to punch the icq number then send the message and thats it i dont want to have to ask that person permission to add them to my list. can someone help please.
