can youtell me what the things in red do? iv been experimenting with it.

scale 1.00
life 4.06
scalerate 0.80
velocity 320.00
angles range -80 60 range 40 -40 range 30 -40
avelocity range 40 -30 range 30 -30 crandom 30
scalemin 1.00
scalemax 3.00

well
works differently when it comes to sprites and avtual objects but usually

sprites wouldb like muzzle flash
and objects would be like bullets comjng out of chamber or shotgun shells
so the


1.spawn rate of the fire would be how much fire comes out when u pull trigger
2.scale will mean what size the sprite will be scaled to like u can have it big as a flame thrwower or small as a derringer fire
3.life is like how long the flame will linger in the air sometimes u can have the flame stay in the air until the end of the map lol or dissappar a few seconds later
4scale rate would be how much spawn rate happens
and scale nin n scale max will be how the scale rate fluxuates .

c and/or headhunter....

where would i edit life to make a good sized flame (not flame thrower sized but big ) for the mac-11s in the dual mod ? the thompson.tik file ? if so, where in the coding , found a bunch of life entries there. what's a good number to start off with for a goodsized muzzle flash ?
