Single Player help

Hi, Whenever i try to play singleplayer it loads the level fine but just as it finishing loading this comes up:

the game doesn't have all those black lines in it the screenshot has them in it for some reason

hmmm .. maybe youre pc is f*cked up. try formatting youre pc and reinstall everything

its not the computer, and i reinstalled the game twice and it didn't work, i deleted every file on my computer that might have anything to do with the game.

everything worked fine until i tried it earlier today

keep doing optimal settings til it goes away i think ive had the same problem, it looks all staticky??
