I've seen something similar to that on Discovery Channel. They can do that, but that vid looks pretty fake.

It's fake, pretty obvious actually it's a bad editing job. The octupus can camolauge but it can't change the features on its skin for christs sake. First it's smooth then all of a sudden it looks like coral. Right
