I still play a really old Edios game called World War II Panzer Claws. Very fun. Multi-Player is broken though. oOo:

The Close Combat series is great, but it's getting a little dated now.

Axis & Allies RTS looks great [url=http://war-fighter.net/viewmedia.php?cat_id=32&s=172f069cbe4d29817863f35f 216ae5ed:44a9b]Screenshots Here[/url:44a9b]. I purchased it off ebay for $2.75 (lol) and should have it by Monday.

^^^ Supposed to be horrible.

Soldiers looks pretty cool - if they named it better, I bet they could of increased their crappy sales. It got good reviews, but I think that one game, Panzers: Phase I or whatever its called, looks even more promising (Even thought its obviously only tanks)

If you've seen it, theres also something new coming out, saw it in a PCGAMER a while back...I cant remember the title, but its a WW2 RTS from the same guys who made that Dawn of War game.

Edit: Got the name - its Company of Heroes. Looks incredible, even though I wont be able to play it.

Hidden and Dangerous 2, without a doubt.

Although, for RTS, Axis and Allies is alright.

Default Battle Front's Combat Missions - 11-22-2005, 03:11 PM

If ya want a real good WWII Stratedgy game I highly suggest BattleFronts:

Combat Mission Barbarosa to Berlin; 3D, squad and individual tank covering the Russian Front. Each unit is a squad or individual tank, in platoon, comany and battalion formations.

Combat Mission Afrika Korps; same action as above but in North Africa, Italy, Crete and there is a mod which covers Western Europe.

The gaming system is great realistic and fun to play on line and against AI.

Has plenty of MODS and hundreds of scenarios. Not only individual battle/fire fights but operations of two or more battles.

From the Battlefront.com sight can down load demos

If any of you have played Steel Panthers or Steel Panthers World At War, this game beats them out. graphics are great and you do not need a DX9.0 or higher grahics card to play.
