Well, the way I see it, you have two choices:
1. Get your money back
2. Practice a lot more before posting early works

It looks like you just cut some pictures out and put your name on it. If you are trying to make a sig you need to stay within the accepted size limits. 400x130 is common.
You'll get better as you learn the capabilities of the program. Keep practicing.

Ja, everyone starts off in the realm of absolute shit to not so good - Keep practising, after a few sigs you tend to get the hang of it, and progress from there.
