Yeap thats a PCI slot. Your mohaa problem is a common problem I believe. There is a fix for it but its slipped my mind, it could be something direct x related or video driver related, update both. Maybe someone else can shed some light into this.
EDIT: Doing a search on here, came up with alot of members having had the same problem, the fix appears to be to update your video card driver.

Post what you got, I've got PCI too, and you really cant find anything good. (Im never going to upgrade again. If that means I dont play games anymore, well, thats that...its just too much of a waste of my time and money to upgrade every year like I have been doing when I could be spending it on other things and having fun)
The only choices above yours are
Radeon 9000's (I had one)
GeForce FX 5200 (I have one)
GeForce FX 5700 (Im not gonna get one)
