I'm getting about 250kb/sec and the video is 120mb, so it's not a long wait. It's a DVD quality gameplay video for The Elder Scrolls: Oblivion.

This is an E3 video from back in May...or whenever E3 was, but the game is set to be released at probably the end of the year. This video just surfaced yesterday.
