Theres a malicious pop-up that comes up every time i visit this certain website. Its kinda irritating because it contains Gator. The best option is to avoid this website, but I can't seem to stop going there. Does anyone know how to restrict URL's from working in Mozilla, like the URL of the popup?

I would go to tools...options...web features and make sure "block pop-up windows" is checked. If so, see if the pron site is listed as an allowed site.

It is checked. I've tried everything, so my last idea is to block the pop-url entirely. If this is not possibly in Mozilla, then is it possibly using Norton or Windows ME?

AdBlock plugin for Firefox seems to work pretty good for me. I just right click and block the specific frame of that page or pop-up.

add the url to your hosts file.
You can do that manually or via spybot etc
