i dont know if this has already been answered, or even addressed. often times i host a game and i call it "rockets = kick" and most people dont use the rocket launchers, but every now and then you have an immature S.O.B. that decides to use the rocket....and i kick them but it gets annoying...

So this brings me to my question, is there a way to not allow certain weaps in MP? or do i just have to kick them?

Yeah, install one of the various mods on your server. There are anit-sniper, anti-rocket and such mods on this site's mod archive.
