i need help please

I just tweaked my cable, when i ran the spped test after the tweak it was fine 1.4meg up/450kb down. But when I went to d/l a file it was going at 2.9 kbps. It wasnt the site cause i have tried the file from many diff sites. Can some1 tell me what might be wrong?

Maybe try downloading a different file and see what happens?

I read some articles about tweaking yer cable, but I never tried it. Does it really help and if it does, can u give me the url for the tweak?

here it kicks ass. I downloaded at about 70kbps now i get like 190-220kbps
go to www.mwgclan.net then click enter, go to downloads, go to misc, and download the 1st cable tweak tutorial. Follow it and you'll be happy.
