On that court case against google, where the law wanted to access google's private information to hunt down pedophiles and such. Google lost. Now all that private information is availible to the gov.

Don't think Canadians have to worry unless they got a bunch of terrorist training videos or some kiddy porn. Pretty sure data mining is attached to this issue as well...since google does that.

I think most of the search engines gave in to the demands of washington...could be wrong..last time I read anything about this stuff was in the beginning of february.
