can anybody help me i need to know how to install new fonts on windows ME ive tryed everything but nothing works please help.

I dont' use ME, but if it's anything like Win98, go to your control panel and you should find a folder called fonts. Choose install a new font then tell it where the new fonts are(should be unzipped first).

thats what ive read in the help files but "install a new font" doesnt appear im confused and i really need to know some help please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i always install them by just dropping the .ttf into windowsfonts

you now what i did that and at first i thougt it had worked but no i tried to select the font and it wouldnt appear for some reason. thx
can some one give me a sure answer please!!!!!
