You need to have some sleeping tablets or some shit to knock you out at the right time. That way your body clock will adjust back, other than that you have to ride that bitch out!
When I went to Spain last year for a class trip our entire class was completely jet lagged to hell and all we wanted to do was sleep (we hadnt slept in 35+ hours and hadnt eaten a real meal since leaving our school for nyc a day before). Our teachers were like nazis and made sure we stayed up and everything and visit all of the sites in Madrid that first day. In toledo a group of us fell asleep on the steps of a church like bums, but it was well worth.
i got woke up by my asshole dad at 11 this morning, so im starting to really lose it, i have a lot on my mind about this summer and shit, so thats also contributing, but im gonna get my act together and go out to pittsburgh for the rest of the summer
Don't go to sleep at 7am like a pussy. Tough it out and stay up until the following night. That outta do the trick..
Hes right, always works for me. also to avoid jet lag. dont fall asleep on the plane and dont fall asleep until you "usual" bedtime in the new timezone
