You can talk from console, I think the command is something like "say" and then whatever you want to say. I dont think you can see anyone reply back to you though which is what you are wanting and you can't see the other users talk. Hopefully, someone will respond back and let us know how because it would be a great feature.

Just odd that they haven't included this feature in the net code when all other MP games has that feature..

Anyone figured out how to view messages/chat in the console when running a dedicated server ??
